● The specifications of the production flat load tester are WPL-40 (40t) and WPL-60 (60t). The reaction frame is generally umbrella type (frame type is available for special needs).
●The umbrella frame adopts 8 forward adjustment levers, 8 beams, 16 reaction force anchors and reaction force frame tops, etc., which are connected in series through the active joints.
●Reaction force anchor length: 1300 (mm), single leaf, anchor diameter: 300-350 mm. If the anchoring depth is not deep, it can be equipped with additional long anchors, each of which can be added with one or two.
●The pressure plate is arranged as a round steel plate with dimensions of 5000cm2, 2500cm2 and 1000cm2. If tested in a composite plot, a square plate of 1 m x 1 m, 1.2 m x 0.8 m may also be provided.
●The test work can be equipped with automatic control recording instrument, and it can also be equipped with manual operation recording instrument. When the automatic control instrument is equipped, the automatic test degree is high, but the cost is also high.
